Chris said to me the day after that you were the best investment. He couldn't believe how many little details you had done that he would never have thought of. We were both just so impressed with you. We knew that you were there but at the same time you were invisible. We received so many comments about how well the day flowed and I believe that was because of you.

The band was amazing! The dance floor was full all night. People said to me that they had never seen so many people dancing at a wedding. They had such a fun vibe and the played a fantastic mix of music. I would recommend them to any and everybody! Please thank them for us.

Everything was just exactly what we wanted. Northburn and their staff we fabulous, Jools was great. We were just so happy with everything, there is not one thing we would change.

There's really only one word that springs to mind when I think of how to describe Laura and Mint Events..."invaluable".  As a true Kiwi woman who prides myself on my DIY attitude and strong organizational skills I was at first dubious of the thought of handing over planning the biggest day of my life to a complete stranger.  But knowing my personality and how I seem to revel at pushing my stress levels to their limit, I doubt I could have coped without her.  I could totally trust Laura's judgment when recommending various suppliers and as I said to her after the event, there wasn't anything I would have changed on the day (with the exception perhaps of some strong wind during the photo shoot!). Laura was calming, supportive and always professional.  While I still had free reign to make any decisions, she was subtle in her approach when making suggestions or recommendations and as an expert in event planning, was able to advise and remind me of things that I possibly would never have thought of.  The actual day went off without any hitches and if there were any to be had, I certainly wasn't aware of them... I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Laura and Mint Events to plan your wedding or other event.
